An organic farm on about 60 hectares (8 planted to vines), located on the northern hills of Lake Trasimeno, 300 meters above sea level. The farm was started in 1961 by Margret (with her husband Guido) and now her daughter Sabina takes care of the property (with her husband, Pier).

Sabina and her team have diversified their project both for the environmental and economic benefits one might expect, but in doing so, they have also been able to maintain a full-time staff year round as opposed to the usual seasonal harvest labor cycles, which can often be difficult for both parties.
