Jérôme Galalup leaves the weeds and grasses in his 7 hectares until just before harvest, when he uses a DIY mower/weed wacker to squeeze between rows and cut the grass to a more manageable height. He took over the family estate after working years with Domaine Plageoles to learn the ways of natural winemaking. The vineyard has been certified Biodynamic and Organic since 2002.
