Domaine Bobinet is a small (4 ha) estate in Saumur helmed by Sébastien Bobinet, seventh generation farmer here who trained with Clos Rougeard, and his partner Emeline Calvez, who left her work as a sommelier and dancer to join Sebastien in the vines in 2012. The wines are characterized by clarity and friendliness found too rarely in this region.
